Villas of Hope II: H.O.P.E.'s signature Transitional Housing Program for chronically homeless males. This program is specifically for men who have special needs, including dual diagnoses of substance abuse and/or mental health, HIV/AIDS. H.O.P.E. is a partner ofthe Regional
Commission on Homelessness in what has come to be known as the Shelter 2 Home Initiative, which is designed to place persons who have resided in emergency shelter for one year or more into supportive housing programs. To date, H.O.P.E. has served more than 35 chronically homeless men under the Shelter to Home Initiative.
